All I want for Valentine's Day is my two front teeth. I love it when kids lose their front teeth. His speech teacher at school did ask us to water his mouth so they would grow back sooner.

Roxy went through obedience school. She did graduate, but still has some work to do! She really is a great dog, but just LOVES to jump on everyone when they come to visit.

We did get a good snow storm in late February. We loved it, but the kids are bummed because now we have to go to school a few extra days in June.

January 2011

January was kind of a quiet month for us. We did get in a few more trips up to the mountains for lessons and the kids did awesome.

Roxy got spayed so she was really tired and out of it for that one day. I took advantage of that fact and laid down to take a nap with her. Usually when you lay on the floor with her, she gets too excited and is licking your face trying to play. It was a nice little nap!

Thankfully, Megan is a great big sister. One day after school, Kendall asked Megan if they could have a tea party. So the girls got their matching dresses on and set up a table in Megan's room. Cheers!

Kendall was SO happy. It made her whole week I think. She kept asking Megan every day for about a week if they could have another tea party. Megan, being so loving and kind, actually did a few more times.

I love that my kids enjoy playing with each other. It doesn't happen all the time, but they definitely love each other.

The rest of December...

I figured it was easier to just post all of the rest of December in one post so there are LOTS of pictures! Here the kids are waiting to visit with Santa at our ward Christmas party.

Kendall totally loved Santa this year...no tears or even getting nervous for her.

At Kendall's preschool, they always have the children dress up and play out the Nativity. While most of the cute little girls were angels, my cute little Kendall chose to be a shepherd with some of the boys in class. I do think she made a pretty cute shepherd though.

Roxy loves when the heater is on. Usually she gently nudges Kendall out of the way because she wants to sit on the heater, but evidently this time she just let Kendall have it.

We had a Kilstrom family Christmas party at Grandma and Grandpa Kilstrom's house. The kids had a great time playing with their cousins and giving and getting a couple of gifts. Here's Dilan with his UW T-shirt that he was VERY excited about.

Atwood had been asking for Bey Blades for quite some time and was super excited to finally get some.

Grandma and Grandpa got all of the older girls matching jewelry boxes. Megan loved it, but was super excited to find out that she also got a piece of Grandma Kilstrom's jewelry too!

Christmas morning...before opening some gifts. One night, Dilan told Aaron and I that he thought before we went downstairs on Christmas morning, we should stop at the top of the stairs and say a prayer to thank Heavenly Father for everything that we have and for Christ and all that he has done for us. I thought it was so sweet and we made sure to remember to do that.

Kendall was super excited to get her own DSi. Dilan was always so nice to share his, but now she had her very own...and a cute purse to carry it in.

Seriously...this kid is always FULL of excitement and energy.

Dilan got the two new games that he was hoping for.

Megan got this awesome chair and book from Santa. She LOVES to curl up with a blanket and a good book and just read.

Santa even brought Roxy some new toys...that she chewed through in no time at all.

Dilan, Megan, and Atwood were REALLY looking forward to getting up to the mountain to take lessons this winter. Dilan and Atwood snowboarded and Megan wanted to ski. Here's Dilan ready to get started!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We had a quiet night at home with the kids on New Year's Eve. We celebrated New York style (9:00 our time), tooted our horns, had a treat and some sparkling cider and called it a night!

That pretty much wraps up the year for the Lewis Family! 2010 was a great year for us and we hope 2011 will continue to be a good one too!

Birthday dinner and Snowflake Lane

For Megan's birthday dinner, she wanted to go to Red Robin too. We figured that we would go up to the Red Robin in Bellevue and do Snowflake Lane the same night.

Grandpa and Grandma Kilstrom had never been to Snowflake Lane so we invited them to come with too.

Kendall was excited that the snow pricess picked her up. She was even more excited that Dilan actually got to hold her magic wand.

After we listened to the music, we headed into Macy's so the kids could write their letters to Santa.

Megan asked for books and a dolphin pillow pet.

Atwood asked for Bey Blades I think. His list got bigger and bigger every day.

Kendall wanted Barbies this particular day.

Dilan asked for Call of Duty Black Ops video game.

I love going to Snowflake Lane. They have "snow" that falls from the sky each night as the drum line plays Christmas songs. It is totally magical for me...a tradition that we will continue to do each year.
